The facility

From fabric roll to sealed carton, every stage is controlled in-house. Our technical team owns the spec: they read your tech pack, cut the first pattern, approve the first sample and sign off the last inspection.

Five samples before

In-house pattern room with senior pattern masters. Every sample leaves with a measurement report and photographs — you approve on facts, not on hope.

Proto sample

Verify design, construction and fabric hand-feel before anything else is committed.

Fit sample

Checked on body forms and measured against your spec sheet, point by point.

Size-set sample

The full size range sewn and measured — grading errors surface here, not in stores.

PP sample

Sealed pre-production standard in bulk fabric and trims. This is the reference for QC.

Quality is a system, not a final glance. Five checkpoints sit between fabric receiving and carton sealing — and the last one is performed by an independent third-party inspector, not by us.

Childrenswear safety compliance on drawstrings, small parts and trims. Fabric testing arranged with third-party labs on request.
